Corsana offers health insurance plans for part-time employees and retirees. Each plan has a variety of coverage options and varying levels of coverage. Unlike virtually any other group plan, Corsana is a voluntary benefits program, which means it is available on a voluntary basis to all individual employees or retirees and their families.
If you’re a part-time or casual employee, you can get prescription drug coverage, paramedical services, vision coverage, travel insurance, employee assistance program, an optional dental plan, and more. If you’re taking early retirement and are under the age of 65, this plan is also available to you as well.
For those who are 65 or older, whether you’re working or retired, you can get out-of-country travel medical insurance (including trip cancellation coverage), vision coverage, paramedical services, medical items, dental plans (optional), and more. The coverage has no lifetime coverage maximum, no deductibles, and no upper age limit.
Corsana offers group health benefits specifically designed for part-time and casual employees and retirees. These benefits are underwritten by Green Shield Canada. Corsana’s parent company, HMA Benefits, oversees communication and plan designs. Green Shield Canada (in association with HMA Benefits) administers the plan. You can be confident that the Corsana team will deliver the benefits you need.
